After suffering a hacker attack that compromised more than 620 million dollars of the game Axie Infinity, the Ronin network was reopened on the last day 28. The network was created in order to make the transactions of the game Axie Infinity become faster , with lower gas rates, making it possible for its players to obtain financial advantages again through the game, which is currently the most popular in its segment, play-to-earn.

Now, with the Ronin network reopened, all of its millions of users will be able to make transfers to their accounts, with guaranteed one-to-one parity between Ether and USDC, according to information released by the game's creator, developer Sky Mavis, in a post made the same day on his blog.

The entire process of reopening the sidechain created exclusively for the play-to-earn game Axie Infinity was more than expected by its market and takes place almost exactly three months after the hacker attack that compromised more than 620 million dollars from the Ronin network and that made investors from all over the world end up having their personal information and, above all, their investments in the network fully exposed.

In this same publication made on the blog of the developer Sky Mavis, the news was also given that the company is working to implement changes in the sidechain, in order to make it even more secure, integrating circuit-breaker systems capable of interrupting the network every since large movements and withdrawals generate distrust.

Sky Mavis indemnified all its investors who had their income stolen after attack made on the Ronin Network

Market responds positively to the reopening of the Network

Since the network's relaunch, the token has been showing positive movements, in response to Ronin's resumption. Over the course of Tuesday, the 28th, the token fluctuated around $1,50, according to market data on CoinMarketCap.

However, despite the very positive upward movement for the community, the declines soon set the tone for the day again, causing the token, at the time of writing this article, to have retreated about 2,9% in its price. Marketplace.

Is there still room for Axie Infinity amid so many new play-to-earn games?

Some say that the brightness and great splendor of blockchain and NFT-based games is very close to being extinguished, precisely because of the large number of new projects that arrive almost daily on the market, meaning that investors do not have a great focus to bet your chips and, above all, your time.

So, is there still, in this peculiar scenario, room for hits like Axie Infinity?

The answer couldn't be better: yes, there is, mainly because of the game's ability to keep reinventing itself and launching new opportunities to capture new and dedicated players.

That way, if you intend to join the Axie Infitiny community, it is only recommended not to waste any more time and take the opportunity to collect your own little monsters!
