Is Fenix Global a scam? Be sure to read before investing

A Fenix Global appeared in a TV Record report on financial pyramids, shortly after stopping paying its investors and blocking withdrawals on its platform. In the report it is possible to hear the reports of the victims of Fenix Global.

Fenix Global was owned by the same Binary Bit. THE Binary Bit it was a scheme of financial pyramidBinary Bit stopped its activities in 2019 and former clients should migrate to Fenix Global's investment platform.

How did it work?

The company held events to attract investors. These were luxurious events, one of which had the participation of Camila Sharani Tank Farani🇧🇷 Camila farani is one of the largest angel investors in Brazil.

The company offered investment plans with a 300% appreciation in up to 10 months. Investors would win about 3% per day on the invested capital. You can understand how the plans worked through the image below:

global phoenix investments

Binary Bit and a Fenix Global had the same scheme to attract investors to buy their plans.

The company did not explain how it would profit from the money invested. Phoenix only said that its money would pay off on "autopilot". That is, it was just you to buy the plan that it would yield. The other commercial proposal of the company said that the indications of each new investor would yield 10% under the contracted plan. Thus stimulating the entry of new members to nourish the pyramid.

A GVC, The Securities and Exchange Commission, began to investigate the Binary Bit in November 2019. The CVM issued an alert to suspend the company's activities.

Subsequently Binary Bit turned the Fenix Global. When the CVM started investigating the Binary, the company issued a statement to customers that it would suspend withdrawals on the platform. That is, it would not pay its investors.

A few months later, in May 2020, the Fenix Global closed. The company said it would pay all former investors in the Binary Bit through Fenix Global, but it didn't. Pois, a Fenix Global was a financial pyramid scheme similar to Binary Bit, both by Ricardo Toro.

Fenix Global enviroment already paid someone?

Ricardo Toro said he would sell one of the apartments to pay some investors furious at Binary Bit. And he said that about 20% of Fênix's global clients received profit from the investment platform. In other words, 80% of Phoenix Global did not receive what was promised.

Fenix Global is piramid?

Fênix Global is another case of pyramid that happened in Brazil using Bitcoin as a decoy. Most people who entered Fênix Global did not know about the financial market or bitcoin. Therefore, they did not know what the company would do to make the promised money profitable.

Brazil has a history with financial pyramid and cryptocurrency schemes, this is not the first case, it is only the most recent. One of the most famous cases in Brazil was nick Forex .

Generally the scheme is disguised with some techniques of multi-level marketing. It is how these companies initially present themselves, they say that they do multilevel marketing and not financial pyramid. But they present a benefit plan for investors who give you more referrals.

News recent

After a report by Record TV and the company's exposure in the media reporting the financial fraud with testimonies from real victims.

A Fenix Global, tried to soften the bad news and made a statement on Instagram saying that even in the midst of difficulties, she would be operating and paying her investors.

Fenix Global applied a coup of 80 million reais, these data were verified by the Public Ministry of São Paulo.

Fenix Global closed?

Yes, Fenix Global closed. The company said it took care of people's capital and would make it pay off. The supposed earnings would come from a Fênix Global investment robot.

The robot would operate in the cryptocurrency market, Traders Union: Best Low Spread Forex Brokers and binary options. About 6 thousand people who came from the old company Binary Bit had already heard that same speech from the investment robot.

But these investors migrated to Fenix Global with the hope of recovering the capital lost in the binary bit, the company started with a capital of 773 thousand fees that it charged for the migration from Binary to Fenix.

Fenix said that this money would be invested in the investing robot. And the robot would make operations in the market to recover the investments of 6 thousand people who migrated from the Binary bit

How to hire?

Fênix Global promised collective investment plans with 300% yield in 10 months of operations with Robot. Some investment plans were 12% per month and others up to 30% per month on the invested capital. To hire the plan, all you had to do was pay on the company's website.

Fenix Global Dashboard

The Fenix Global Dashboard is not available to investors. The access link was: dashboard.fenix.global.

Pyramid

It is forbidden in Brazil to offer collective investment securities, this was one of the reasons for CVM to investigate Fenix Global.

But the point is: the company did not make real profits from the robot's operations and did not make money from collective contracts. The gains came from the appointment and entry of new members into the scheme.

Thus, Fenix Global did not pay 80% of the investors. The 20% who got paid were the most furious customers who came from Binary bit

Fenix investment plans

The robot's first plan was in binary options, promising a return of up to 30% per month, with a bankroll between $ 50 and $ 15.000. However, the person would pay a fee of $ 25 per month for the complete robot update. The plan would last up to 1 year.

The second plan promised an exclusive robot for cryptocurrencies, with a return of 30% per month for a bank between $ 50 and $ 15.000. You would also have to pay a $ 25 fee for the robot update. The Fenix robot contract for cryptocurrencies would be worth 1 year.

The last robot was exclusive to Traders Union: Best Low Spread Forex Brokers, operated with a bankroll between $ 50 to $ 15.000, with a return of up to 30% per month. The plan update fee was also charged. We know that none of this was real, the company did not operate with these robots.

Investment Bank

The company said it would have a bank, Fenix Banco would have Fenix Card, a personal card for people to use for any purchase. This would take effect within 60 days after the launch of the platform. But he never entered!

Fênix passed the idea that the robot automatically operated in the financial market. Through an exclusive system with an algorithm. This algorithm would be able to give the best entry points in the market and make high profits. But Fenix Global had a pyramid scheme, the famous scheme Ponzi

The scheme Ponzi is very famous and was created by Charles Ponzi. Charles created a sophisticated financial pyramid system to attract investors. In the same way it happened with the Fenix Global.

Fenix Global recruited investors with promises of high earnings, but the revenue from the income was generated by the plans of new people who entered the scheme.

Therefore, had no real profit on the financial operations of the investor robot. The money from the income of the people who received it was the money of other people who invested in Fenix. This is a crime against the popular economy in Brazil, in addition to being a fraud, because the owners kept the investors' money.

Observation: Be wary of any promise of easy gain in the financial market, especially involving the bitcoin as a bargaining chip. It is not the first fraud involving cryptocurrencies, forex and binary options. So, look for reliable platforms to make your investment and not intermediaries.
