Alcateia Investments it was not a company legalized to carry out financial operations in Brazil for the collective investment portfolio.

The company attracted 50 customers who deposited money in Alcateia's account and publicized the company on the internet. We want you to understand what the Alcateia Investments did and if it really was a financial pyramid.

Alcateia Investimentos was a company that promised daily gains of up to 1% per day of the money transferred. The company day trade with that money.

The company did Day Trade in several markets, these operations were "supposedly" carried out by robots.

According to the Wolf Pack the robots analyzed the financial market and had stop loss programmed to avoid losses, so the risk was controlled.

It is interesting that the operations had no fees or tariffs, the company offered the robot free of charge.  

To make the investment, the person registered on the company's website and made an account. When performing the registration, the customer could follow the earnings through the website.

A pack of wolves investments it was the name of the investor network. The company made a point of elaborating an identity for its customers, titled wolves.  

O Alpha wolf he was the investor relations manager for the chain. However, there is no information in any bank about the resources managed by Alcateia, not even in the brokers. International.

The pack did not disclose the location of the operations, said it was confidential information, so we do not know the brokers and banks that the company operated and operated!

Pack investment fraud 

Alcateia investments started to delay payments and its name was changed to Maximus Digital. The name was changed at the same time that payments started to delay.  

Maximus Digital took over the 50 investors from Alcateia Investimentos, but announced the end of activities soon after. A Maximus says it spent R $ 4,5 million of own capital to try to control Alcateia's operations.

Apparently the two companies had a contract registered with the Santana Regional Forum São Paulo, n ° 1003566-10 2018.8.26.0001. 

Investors in Maximus or Pack complained about non-compliance with the payment order, customers are also unable to contact any of the companies by phone, e-mail or on the website. 

Possibly Alcateia planned the name change before blocking withdrawals on the site, this was a way of not taking responsibility for the debt.

Another point to highlight was the high and fixed profit advertising. There was also no record of financial transactions with securities brokers. We don't know if there really was a robot that operated in the financial market.

Yes, Alcateia investments broke down, the company was focused on attract new investors called wolves. Wolves were consultants who sought to attract new investors, in other words possibly the operations were not done.

The money that was paid to investors in the beginning it was the result of the entry of new members. This is a classic case of Scheme Ponzi.
